Weekly Calls

Each week schedule a personal zoom call with your trainer to talk about goals and progress. These calls are aimed to help motivate and keep you on track. The trainer will also be able to evaluate your exercise form and help you to train safe.

Personal Workout Plan

When you join you will receive and invite to your personal workout program that will be updated weekly to best fit your goals and schedule. These plans will stay up to date with what you need and will incorporate your equipment availability.

Nutritional Advice

While our personal trainer is not a registered dietitian, we can still help you to keep your nutrition on track with your goals. Through the video calls and the workout program nutritional advice and guidance will be given to help maximize your results.
