Tahini Protein Energy Balls

Ingredients
2 cups (180g) rolled oats
1 cup tahini
4 tbsp. honey
2 scoops (64g) vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Place the rolled oats, tahini, honey, protein powder
and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to
combine to form a dough.
2. Once combined, use a large tablespoon of the dough
and form into balls.
3. Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 2
weeks. Alternatively place in a container and freeze
for up to 3 months.
