Hi, I’m Brandon Goodman, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and a certified personal trainer through the NSCA and a doctoral student of physical therapy. With a passion for movement, injury prevention, and strength training, I help clients achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively. As a husband and father, I understand the challenges of balancing health with a busy life, and I’m here to make training accessible for you. Whether you need help with exercise form, meal planning, or just a push to stay consistent, I’ve got you covered! Calls can be easily scheduled online or through the app for ultimate convenience.   • What's the catch?
    No catch what so ever. If you enjoy your free week of personal training I would love to continue to work with you on reaching your goals. But, if the week is all you need and you want to take your new knowledge to continue on your own, no hard feelings.
  • Do I need to join a gym?
    No gym necessary. The workout program is tailor made for you and includes what you have access to whether that be a home gym, a couple of dumbbells, or just the floor.
  • What if I have no experience?
    Whether you are an expert gym goer or brand new to exercise we will make the workout to fit into your current fitness level. Each exercise also includes a video of the exercise so that you know exactly what to do.
  • Should I buy equipment?
    Buying extra workout equipment for home or joining a gym is entirely up to you. Our suggestion is the before making any purchases to first start your training program to talk to our professional trainer about what equipment would best help you reach your goals.
  • Will I actually have time?
    This question is what stops most people from working towards their fitness goals. You would be surprised how easy it is to fit in a planned out professional program into your daily life. With weekly check-ins you get the chance to talk with your trainer about your current schedule and your trainer will be able to work with you on the perfectly scheduled program. Even if your schedule is, "all over the place!"
  • What if I have health issues?
    We understand that starting a workout program can be scary when there is preexisting health conditions. With our expert trainer he will be able to talk to you about workout options depending on your condition and if you should talk with your doctor first. It is also important to note that most health conditions that people have would benefit from a tailor made workout program.
  • Do you need my credit card information to start?
    Nope! We won't ask for any credit card information for you to start your free week of personal training. Payment information is only necessary if you decide to continue to work with your trainer.
  • How soon will I see results?
    Depending on your current goals and fitness level you could see results within a week as a beginner to about 4-6 weeks as an experienced lifter.
